We offer a 7-day window from the date your order is delivered to report any issues with your order.

Please note that all sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or cancellations unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at lescartbrand@gmail.comwith:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item
  • Photos of the packaging

Once reviewed, we will work on a replacement or refund if approved.

Damage caused by washing, improper use, or normal wear is not covered.

No Exchanges

We currently do not offer size or item exchanges. Please review sizing and order details carefully before purchasing.

Shipping

LESCART is not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged packages caused by the shipping carrier.

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

International Orders

International orders may be subject to duties or import taxes depending on your country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.
