All orders are processed and fulfilled within approximately 3–5 business days after purchase.

International shipping times will vary depending on the destination country.

Please note that shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, customs, or other external factors are outside of our control.

If you do not receive an order confirmation email within 24 hours of placing your order, please check your spam or promotions folder.

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

LESCART is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

Once an order has been shipped, LESCART is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages caused by the shipping carrier.
